On Wednesday 25th June 2014 I had the privilege to act as Master of Ceremonies for the Official Opening of the Hygieia Office and d-Nav Care Centre by the Health Minister, Mr Edwin Poots MLA.
Hygieia is the company behind the d-Nav Insulin Guidance Service, a revolutionary service that helps people with diabetes to manage their own insulin dosage and improve their blood sugar control.
Speaking at the event were: Eran Bashan, Hygieia Founder and CEO; Prashant Hermady from the US Consulate General; Dr Roy Harper, Diabetes Specialist; Dr Michael McBride, Chief Medical Officer; and Mr Edwin Poots MLA, Minister for Health.
A number of the key messages were shared on Twitter and patient Simon Coey wrote a blog about the event.
