Official Opening of the Quality, Innovation and Improvement Centre at the Ulster Hospital

On Thursday 3 April 2014 I attended the official opening by the Health Minister, Edwin Poots (@edwin_poots) of the Quality, Innovation and Improvement Centre (QIIC) at the Ulster Hospital.
