NICON 2013 This week I attended the annual conference of the Northern Ireland Confederation for Health and Social Services (NICON), which is the NI equivalent of the NHS Confederation. Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service On Tuesday and Wednesday I was in Manchester for my annual panellist training.  We were reminded that we are no longer GMC panellists, but are in fact MPTS panellists.
